Foremen shoes unveils its first physical store in Kenya

NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 9...The leading footwear specialist has open its first physical store in Covo Square Lavington, Nairobi after operating on online platform for the last 10 years as it aims to get close to customers following public pressure from customers.

As they launched the physical store founder and CEO Augustine Dundos noted that from 2025 more branches will be open in different parts of the country and the drive to open its the first store was as result that most Foremen customers are based in Lavington area, Kilimani and Kileleshwa.

"We as Foremen target men who love class with women also making good proportion as our clients 33.5%, from 28 to around 50 years not limited", said Augustine.

In addition Foremen aims to expand to other big markets after Nairobi as they look into doing more areas in the Capital deep before going wide to other to places like Mombasa, Kisumu, East Africa and entire Africa.

The products are made in European and Asian factories collaborating with other manufacturers, Founder noted that leather products are the best in Kenya and transition from shoes to bags took 9 years adding that in the coming years they will on-board other products.


"Modes of payment are all round weather shopping online one can use a card , also we have Cash and Mpesa inclusive of a 30-day installment with 2 payments done where a customer can pay deposit and shoes put aside as one clears that balance can take the product" stated Augustine.

Similarly deliveries across the country are free making shopping  seamless with some towns like Mombasa and Kisumu customers can get in their doorstep and places outside major towns having pick up areas.

"We had a lot of market awareness by the time we set up physical store, we aim to make shopping seamless and easy for our customers".
