Thirty administrators selected to cascade Radical shift within NGOS structure

NAIROBI, Kenya Sep28... The plan encompasses an array of transformative interventions designed to elevate every section of the society with citizens and communities at the lowest level of the social ladder 

"We have set about cementing the position of National government Administrative officers  (NGOs) as the driving force behind these strategic interventions and save an environment where every single mwananchi will not only thrive but also contribute meaningful to our collective prosperity" read a statement 

In addition the government has conducted a re-orientation programme for the officers with the intend to infuse a lead by example mindset across the structure and ensure  effective, efficient and responsive services at all levels 

"To kickstart the process we have launched a training for thirty trainers of trainers (TOTs) who will be taken through organisation and functions of government including security, peace and safety of citizens " 

"Our ultimate objective is to ensure that every interaction our administrators have with 'mwananchi' is marked by emphathy and a genuine understanding of their unique needs and concern" said  principal secretary state department of interior Raymond omolo
