Ruto defends his trips abroad

NAIROBI, Kenya Oct 29... President William Ruto has defended his often Criticized foreign trips

A section of Kenyans have alledgedly be critizing the head of state as using the taxpayers money to facilitate his trips oversees 

Ruto said that he is the chief agent of the country saying that the trips helps in the country engage in billaterial agrements as well as looking for opportunities
