Dr. Christopher Langat nominated for Kenya's Ambassadorial Job to Ivory Cost


NAIROBI, Kenya Mar 9... The immediate former senator of Bomet county Dr. Langat has been nominated by the Goverment to serve Kenya in Ivory cost 

Leaders from Bomet county led by the Governor Dr. Hillary Barchok has lauded the appointment by Head of State saying that its a demonstration of confidence and trust that President Ruto has in Hon.Langat

"Its an honour bestowed on the great people of Bomet and we wish him well as he goes through vetting at the National Assembly ahead of his formal appointment to serve Kenya in Abidjan" reads a statement by Governor on his Facebook page

Dr Langat served as Bomet senator from 2017 to 2022 and has been on forefront on championing education in the county urging students to join Tvets and equip themselves with relevant skills that can help them earn a living and better their lives

Among other appointees are former IEBC commisioner Ezra chiloba who has been appointed as Kenya's consul-General in Los Angeles, USA and Aden mohamud to Saudi Arabia 

Ms Caroline Mwende mueke has been nominated for appointment by the summit of Heads of state as the secretary General of East African Community 

The nominees are set for National assembly vetting and approval process before joining the esteemed ranks of Nations foreign services
